Indoor mapping, RFID & BLE tracking by region

Spatial Map is used to map warehouses, plants, cold stores, shops and venues in very different markets. The product is the same everywhere — a browser-based 3D map of your building, fed by the RFID, BLE and sensor hardware you choose — but what operators need from it changes from Riyadh to Rotterdam to Dallas. These pages explain what matters in each market and how the product fits.

The same product in every market

Spatial Map runs entirely in the browser. There is no server to install, no desktop client and no on-site appliance: a supervisor in a Gulf distribution centre, a plant engineer in Bavaria and a loss-prevention manager in a US store open the same app on the PC, tablet or phone they already have. Floor plans come in as PDF, DWG (AutoCAD R2004–R2018) or images and are placed at real-world scale, then rooms, racks, walls, doors, stairs, lifts and escalators are drawn on top in 3D.

The product is hardware-agnostic in every region. Whatever RFID readers, BLE gateways, sensors or WMS your site runs, your middleware, RTLS engine or IoT platform posts rows to a Spatial Map table or exposes a REST endpoint that Spatial Map polls on a schedule. That matters across borders: the device brands on a Saudi tender are rarely the ones on a German or US shortlist, and the map does not need to care.

Six interface languages, including Arabic and German

The app ships in English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic and Chinese. Arabic comes with a complete right-to-left layout, not just translated labels, and each user picks their own language — so an Arabic-speaking shift lead and an English-speaking integrator can work on the same facility at the same time. The interface is not yet available in Italian or Dutch; teams in Italy and the Netherlands typically work in English.

Shape names, table columns and report titles are your own text. Room names in Arabic, German compound words or Chinese characters appear on the map and in exported PDF and Excel reports exactly as you typed them.

One price list and one team, wherever you are

Pricing is the same worldwide and in US dollars: a 7-day free trial for up to 5 facilities with no credit card, then Pro at $60 a month or $600 a year for up to 4 facilities. There are no regional editions and no resellers in between.

Spatial Map is sold online and our team works with customers remotely — by video call, through the contact form or at [email protected]. For larger estates or done-for-you setup, the services team scopes floor-plan digitisation and RFID, BLE or WMS integration and sends a fixed-price proposal within 3 business days, in English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic or Chinese (custom services). The security page and the data processing agreement are the same for every customer.

Middle East: logistics hubs, cold chain and very large venues

Across the Gulf and the Levant, governments and operators are investing in logistics zones, cold-chain capacity, airports, stadiums and new mixed-use districts. Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 programmes and the UAE’s role as a re-export and aviation hub mean many buildings are new — and new buildings are the easiest to map well. Bilingual teams make the Arabic right-to-left interface a practical requirement rather than a nice-to-have.

Start with the Middle East overview, or go straight to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Jordan or Lebanon.

Europe: Industrie 4.0, distribution corridors and GDPR

European buyers tend to come from manufacturing and from the distribution networks that connect ports, borders and consumer markets. German plants frame indoor tracking as part of Industrie 4.0 and intralogistics; Italian manufacturers, fashion houses and food producers care about high-value items and the cold chain; Dutch distribution centres and cross-docks serve much of the continent. Everywhere, location data about people falls under the GDPR, so tagging assets rather than employees is usually the starting point.

Read the Europe overview, or the pages for Germany, Italy and the Netherlands.

United States: 3PL scale, retail shrink and live venues

In the US the conversation is about scale: 3PL networks and e-commerce fulfillment centers with thousands of rack locations, retailers fighting shrink with RFID at the exits, and stadiums, arenas and convention centers that run large events most weeks of the year. Food and pharma cold-chain operators also want temperatures and held stock visible on one map. The USA page covers these use cases in detail.

Questions about regions and languages

Any country where a modern browser runs. Spatial Map is sold online and nothing is installed on site, so teams sign up and start the trial themselves. The regional pages cover the markets we describe in detail — the Middle East, Europe and the USA — but the product and the price are the same everywhere.

English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic (with a full right-to-left layout) and Chinese. Each user picks their own language. Italian and Dutch are not available yet; teams in Italy and the Netherlands usually work in English.

No. Our team works with customers remotely, and Spatial Map is hardware-agnostic: your existing RFID readers, BLE gateways, sensors and WMS feed it through REST polling, file uploads (CSV, Excel, JSON, GeoJSON) or the table write API.

Yes. The services team digitises floor plans and connects RFID, BLE, sensor or WMS data as a custom service, with a fixed-price proposal within 3 business days. The team works in English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic and Chinese.
