Indoor mapping and RFID software for Lebanon

Lebanese retailers, distributors and venue operators are used to doing a lot with small teams. Spatial Map fits that way of working: a browser-based 3D map of your stores, warehouses and halls, fed by a spreadsheet today and by RFID readers or sensors when you are ready — in Arabic, English or French.

No credit card. Runs in the browser. Pro is $60/month for up to 4 facilities. Book a demo

Retail and distribution businesses

Lebanon has a long tradition of trading, retail and distribution, with family businesses and regional groups running stores, showrooms and warehouses side by side. The questions are practical: what is on the shelf, what left through the door without being sold, which branch needs a transfer, and where the stock actually sits in the back room.

Spatial Map draws each store floor as a live map: departments coloured by stock, RFID reads at the exits, escalators and lifts, fridges and freezers by temperature, and BLE-tagged trolleys and staff as moving markers. The Retail Mart demo shows a three-floor store with built-in reports for RFID reads, item tracking and cold-chain sensors.

FMCG and food distribution warehouses

Distributors of food, beverages and household goods often run their warehouses from an ERP or accounting package with no API, or from spreadsheets. That is enough to start. Upload a CSV or Excel export of bins and quantities, and Spatial Map colours each rack location on the map; upload a new file tomorrow and the map updates, with every change kept in the row history.

The Crestline Fulfillment demo shows the full version — 2,204 rack locations, pick-to-light, packing, staging lanes, forklifts and the trailer yard — and chilled rooms can be added with temperature sensors as in the cold-chain solution.

  • Start with file uploads (CSV, Excel, JSON, GeoJSON); move to the table write API or REST polling later.
  • Rack tool with bin locations, so stock is shown per location rather than per aisle.
  • Reports export to PDF, Excel, CSV or JSON for the owner, the accountant or the supplier.

Venues, hotels and events

Lebanon's hotel, venue and events sector — event halls, exhibition spaces, hotels and venues for weddings, concerts and conferences — depends on getting crews, equipment and guests to the right room at the right time. Spatial Map maps a multi-floor venue with its stairs and lifts, shows rooms filling up from people counters, and places tagged equipment and staff where your BLE gateway software reports them.

The Lakeside Convention Center demo shows halls with booth blocks, session rooms over capacity and crates moving from dock to booth; the Harborview Campus demo shows tagged assets with check-in and check-out, a pattern that suits furniture, AV kit and catering equipment shared across halls.

Built for lean teams: nothing to install

Spatial Map runs entirely in the browser. There are no servers to buy, no client software to roll out and no IT project to staff before anyone sees a result. One person can import a floor plan, draw the racks and rooms, upload a spreadsheet and share a read-only link with the owner the same week.

Four roles — Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer — keep editing in the right hands, and read-only share links let a landlord, insurer or supplier see one facility without an account, with an expiry date and a view cap you set.

Arabic, English and French

Many Lebanese teams switch between Arabic, English and French in the same day. The Spatial Map interface is available in all three — Arabic with a full right-to-left layout — as well as German, Spanish and Chinese, and each user picks their own. Your own room names, product categories and report titles appear exactly as you write them, in any script.

Our services team also works in Arabic, English and French, so floor-plan digitisation or an integration can be scoped and delivered in the language your team prefers — see custom services in French or in Arabic.

Questions from teams in Lebanon

Yes. Spatial Map is available in Arabic (with a full right-to-left layout), English, French, German, Spanish and Chinese. Each user chooses their own language.

Yes. It runs in the browser with nothing to install, and you can start by uploading CSV or Excel files. RFID readers, sensors and APIs can be connected later, by your own developer or as a fixed-price custom service.

Yes, by file. Upload a new CSV or Excel export whenever you want the map refreshed; every change is kept in the row history. If a system can expose a REST endpoint later, a table can poll it on a schedule.

No. We do not have staff or a partner in Lebanon; Spatial Map is sold online and our team works with you remotely, by video call or through the contact form, in Arabic, English or French.
