Indoor mapping and RFID tracking software for Turkey (Türkiye)

Türkiye sits between Europe and Asia, and its operations show it: an airport that connects continents, plants that build cars, appliances and clothing for European customers, and ports on two seas. Spatial Map turns terminals, factories, warehouses and malls into live 3D maps in the browser, fed by the RFID, BLE and sensor data you already collect.

Airports and terminals

Istanbul Airport has become one of the world’s major hub airports, with large passenger and cargo operations, and Türkiye’s other airports serve heavy tourist traffic in season. Terminal teams need to see gates, queues, baggage and mobility equipment as they are now, not as they were at the last radio call.

The Silverbay Airport demo shows a terminal with gates, queue lengths, RFID bag tags and loan wheelchairs on one live map. Your own terminal works the same way: queue counters, baggage reads and equipment positions arrive as table rows from the systems that produce them, and the History player replays a busy morning afterwards.

Automotive, white goods and textiles for Europe

Türkiye is one of Europe’s leading producers of vehicles and household appliances, with automotive plants and suppliers concentrated around Bursa and Kocaeli, and its textile and apparel industry supplies European fashion brands with short lead times. The Customs Union with the EU, which covers industrial goods, ties these plants closely to European supply chains.

For those plants, the floor is where delivery dates are won or lost. Spatial Map draws lines, WIP buffers, raw-material and finished-goods racks and docks on the plant layout and colours them from your ERP or MES data; RFID tags on carriers, garments or cartons show where they are. The Summit Assembly demo shows assembly lines and 867 rack locations, and Northgate Electronics follows 863 RFID-tagged units through a plant and secure store.

Marmara and Mediterranean ports

The ports around the Sea of Marmara — the Ambarlı terminals in Istanbul and the ports of the Izmit Gulf — handle much of the country’s container trade, and Mersin is the main gateway on the Mediterranean coast. Behind them, distribution centres and cross-docks sort freight for domestic delivery and for trucks heading into Europe and the Middle East.

Dock doors, yard slots and staging lanes are drawn on the site plan and coloured by your yard or WMS data. The Eastport Cross-Dock demo shows 50 dock doors, 44 yard slots and 1,180 RFID pallets in one view.

Malls in Istanbul and Ankara

Istanbul and Ankara have many large, multi-level shopping malls, and retailers inside them increasingly use RFID for stock accuracy. The Retail Mart demo shows a three-floor store with escalators, lifts and 85 RFID readers, shelf stock and fridge sensors. Footfall heatmaps and wayfinding — walking routes around walls and through doors — work on share links too.

KVKK, language and working with us

Where location data relates to people, Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) is the context; your legal advisers decide what applies, and most plant and logistics projects tag carriers, pallets and equipment rather than staff. A data processing agreement is available and the security page describes how data is protected.

The interface is not available in Turkish. Turkish teams typically use it in English, and it is also available in German, French, Spanish, Arabic and Chinese — useful for groups that work with German or Middle Eastern partners. Your own room names, rack codes and report titles appear exactly as you write them, Turkish characters included. Spatial Map is sold online at the same USD price worldwide; our team works with customers remotely, by video call and through the contact form. See also our Europe and Middle East pages.

How Spatial Map does it

From plan to live map

  1. 01

    Import the plan

A PDF or DWG (AutoCAD R2004–R2018) of the terminal, plant or warehouse, placed at scale.

  2. 02

    Draw the building

Gates, lines, racks with their locations, docks, doors, stairs, lifts and escalators.

  3. 03

    Connect your data

ERP, MES, WMS or RFID middleware posts rows to a table, or Spatial Map polls a REST endpoint.

  4. 04

    Operate and report

Live map, history playback, reports in PDF or Excel, and read-only links for European customers.

Questions from teams in Türkiye

Not yet. The app is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Arabic and Chinese, and each user picks their own. Your own content — room names, rack codes, report titles — can be in Turkish.

Yes, through read-only share links: you choose the floors and layers, set an expiry and a view cap, and can revoke the link at any time. The viewer does not need an account.

KVKK is context for your project when data relates to identifiable people; your legal advisers decide what applies. Spatial Map only shows the data you send it, roles limit who sees each facility, and a data processing agreement is available.
