Indoor mapping and IoT monitoring software for Jordan

Jordan makes medicines for markets across the region, ships through Aqaba and shops in Amman's malls. Spatial Map turns the plants, cold rooms, port-side warehouses and stores behind that into live 3D maps — temperatures, stock, RFID reads and BLE positions on the floor plan, in Arabic or English, with nothing to install.

Pharmaceutical manufacturing, one of Jordan's leading exports

Pharmaceuticals rank among Jordan's most important export industries, with manufacturers supplying markets across the Middle East and beyond. Plants, finished-goods warehouses and QC laboratories work under the oversight of the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA), and quality teams spend much of their time showing that products were stored and handled within their conditions.

Spatial Map does not replace a validated system and does not make a site compliant. What it does is make the evidence visible: every cold room, freezer and controlled-ambient zone coloured by the reading from your own sensors, doors and plant shown with their state, and pallets on hold marked where they stand. Your QMS and procedures stay the record.

Cold rooms, QC labs and quarantine stock

A pharma warehouse map is about more than temperature. QA wants to know where the held and quarantined pallets are, which rack locations are free, whether a cold-room door was left open, and what the room looked like at the time of an excursion. In Spatial Map every change to a sensor or stock row is kept in the row history, and the History player replays a table's changes for data links set to "Historical movement", so a review can start from the map instead of a CSV log.

The Polar Pharma demo shows exactly this: cold rooms, freezers, controlled ambient storage, a QC lab, plant equipment and 1,140 rack locations. For instruments and calibration in the lab, the Westbrook University demo maps labs with their instruments and calibration status.

Aqaba: the Kingdom's seaport and special economic zone

Aqaba is Jordan's only seaport and the centre of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone, so a large share of the country's imports and exports passes through its terminals, warehouses and truck yards. Container and general-cargo flows meet road freight heading to Amman and across the borders.

For port-side warehouses and cross-docks, Spatial Map maps dock doors, yard slots, the gate and weighbridge, and shows RFID-tagged pallets as they move — as in the Eastport Cross-Dock demo with 50 dock doors and 1,180 RFID pallets.

Retail and malls in Amman

Amman has a well-developed mall and retail scene, with multi-floor stores where shrink, stock accuracy and footfall all matter. Spatial Map maps each level with its escalators and lifts, shows RFID reads at exits and escalators, colours departments by shelf stock and fridges by temperature, and places BLE-tagged trolleys and staff on the map. The Retail Mart demo runs 85 RFID readers across three floors.

Made for strong in-house engineering teams

Jordan has a deep pool of software and engineering talent, and many companies prefer to connect systems themselves. Spatial Map is built for that: each table has its own write API over HTTPS with a bearer API key and bulk upsert, a table can poll your REST endpoint on a schedule, and CSV, Excel or JSON files can be uploaded for anything that is not automated yet.

  • Hardware-agnostic: your RFID middleware, BLE engine or IoT platform does the reading; Spatial Map shows the result.
  • Documented in the table write API guide — 60 requests a minute per key, so batch your rows.
  • Interface in Arabic (full right-to-left) or English, plus French, German, Spanish and Chinese.

Working with us from Jordan

Spatial Map is sold online and runs in the browser. Start the trial on your own, or use the contact form to send a floor plan and a sample export; for larger sites we scope floor-plan digitisation and integration as a fixed-price custom service, delivered remotely in Arabic or English.

How Spatial Map does it

From floor plan to live plant map

  1. 01

    Bring the drawings

Upload a PDF or DWG (AutoCAD R2004–R2018) plan of the plant, warehouse or store and place it at real-world scale.

  2. 02

    Draw zones and racks

Cold rooms, QC lab, racks with bin locations, doors, stairs and lifts, on every floor.

  3. 03

    Connect sensors and stock

Sensor readings, RFID reads and ERP stock arrive via the table write API, REST polling or file uploads.

  4. 04

    Review and report

Live map, row history, History player, and reports exported to PDF or Excel for QA and management.

Questions from teams in Jordan

No. Compliance comes from your quality system and procedures, not from a map. Spatial Map shows live temperatures, door states and held stock on the floor plan, keeps a history of every change, and exports reports your QA team can review and file.

No. It shows the state on the map and in reports. Alarming stays with your monitoring system or BMS; Spatial Map gives the team a shared picture of where the problem is.

We have no office or partner in Jordan. Customers sign up online and work with our team remotely, by video call or through the contact form; custom services are delivered remotely in Arabic or English.

Each table has a write API over HTTPS with a bearer API key and bulk upsert, limited to 60 requests a minute per key, so rows should be batched. A table can also poll your REST endpoint on a schedule, and files can be uploaded.

The same as everywhere, in US dollars: a 7-day free trial for up to 5 facilities, then Pro at $60 a month or $600 a year for up to 4 facilities.
