Indoor mapping and RFID tracking software for Saudi Arabia

Logistics parks, cold stores, giga-project venues and plants across the Kingdom are being built or digitised now. Spatial Map turns their floor plans into live 3D maps fed by the RFID readers, BLE gateways and sensors you choose — in English or in Arabic with a full right-to-left interface.

Why Saudi operators are mapping their buildings now

Vision 2030 and the National Transport and Logistics Strategy aim to turn the Kingdom into a regional logistics hub, and new logistics zones, distribution centres and industrial cities are being commissioned around Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. At the same time, giga-projects and new destinations — NEOM, the Red Sea developments, Qiddiya, Diriyah — plus Expo 2030 Riyadh and the 2034 FIFA World Cup are adding stadiums, venues, hotels and mixed-use districts at a pace few markets have seen.

New buildings are the best moment to set up a digital twin: the drawings are fresh, the RFID and IoT hardware is being specified anyway, and operating teams are still being formed. Spatial Map gives those teams one live map of the building instead of a stack of PDFs and device dashboards.

Warehousing, 3PL and e-commerce fulfilment

For distribution centres and 3PL sites, the floor plan becomes a live picture of the operation: rack locations coloured from your WMS stock, RFID-tagged pallets at dock doors and staging lanes, forklifts and staff as live markers, and the yard with its trailers. The Crestline and Eastport demos show exactly that, with built-in reports exported to PDF or Excel for the shift handover.

Pharma and food cold chain under SFDA expectations

Medicines and food that move through the Kingdom have to be stored and distributed within their labelled conditions, and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) publishes good storage and distribution practice guidance that warehouse QA teams work to. Spatial Map does not certify compliance, but it makes the evidence easy to see: every cold room, freezer and controlled-ambient zone coloured by its live temperature from your sensors, excursions visible on the map, and reports your QA team can export and file.

The Polar Pharma demo shows cold rooms, freezers and 1,140 rack locations with temperature zones, door states and pallets on hold.

Venues, events and crowd operations

Saudi Arabia hosts some of the largest crowds in the world — from the Hajj and Umrah seasons to Riyadh Season events, concerts and football. Operators of stadiums, exhibition centres, terminals and large venues need to see gates, concourses and rooms filling up, where staff and equipment are, and which devices have gone offline.

Spatial Map maps a multi-floor venue with its stairs, lifts and escalators and binds turnstile scans, people counters, BLE-tagged equipment and sensor feeds to it. The Crown Park Stadium and Lakeside Convention Center demos show gates, crowd counters, rooms over capacity and crews on one live map.

Arabic, right-to-left and bilingual teams

The Spatial Map app ships in six languages, including Arabic with a complete right-to-left layout, so supervisors can work in Arabic while engineers and contractors use English on the same facility. Shape names, table columns and report titles are your own text, so Arabic labels show up on the map and in exported reports as you typed them.

  • Runs in the browser: nothing to install on control-room PCs, tablets or phones.
  • Read-only share links let contractors, landlords or auditors see one facility without an account.
  • Four roles — Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer — and every workspace isolated from the others.

Working with Spatial Map from the Kingdom

Spatial Map is sold online and our team works with customers remotely. Start the free trial yourself, or use the contact form to share a floor plan and a sample of your data; for larger estates we scope floor-plan digitisation and RFID, BLE or WMS integration as a fixed-price custom service, in English or Arabic.

How Spatial Map does it

From drawings to a live building map

  1. 01

    Import the plan

Upload a PDF or DWG floor plan (AutoCAD R2004–R2018) and place it at real-world scale.

  2. 02

    Draw in 3D

Trace rooms, racks, walls, doors, stairs, lifts and escalators across every floor.

  3. 03

    Bring the data

RFID reads, BLE positions, sensor readings and WMS stock arrive via REST polling, file uploads or the table write API.

  4. 04

    Operate and report

Live map, history playback, reports with PDF/Excel export and read-only share links.

Questions from Saudi teams

Yes. The app ships in Arabic with a full right-to-left layout, alongside English, German, French, Spanish and Chinese. Each user picks their own language.

No. Spatial Map is sold online and our team works with customers remotely, by video call and through the contact form. The product runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install on site.

The ones you already run or are specifying. Spatial Map is hardware-agnostic: your RFID middleware, RTLS engine or IoT platform posts rows to a table, or Spatial Map polls its REST endpoint.

No software makes a site compliant on its own. Spatial Map shows live temperatures, excursions and held stock on the map and exports reports; your QA system and procedures stay the record of compliance.

The same everywhere: a 7-day free trial for up to 5 facilities, then Pro at $60 a month or $600 a year for up to 4 facilities. Larger estates and done-for-you setup are quoted as custom services.
